All Technicians are National Gear Repair are Timken Bearing Certified and Falk School Trained to ensure they do the job right the first time. Even the bearings we install are never pressed on as we only operate with the Timken Recommended standard of shrinking the shafts with liquid nitrogen before placing a superheated bearing on top allowing gravity to perform the installation. We always replace the bearings on every Gearbox Repair that we do as its better to not take any chances when dealing with equipment that is used for production.

Once your gearbox is reassembled it is placed on a custom built test bench and tested at light load for 6 hours to test for leaking, overheating and vibration as well as other abnormalities. When your Westech Gearbox passes these tests it is then certified with our 24 month warranty that goes into effect when you put the Westech Gearbox Back Into Production.
