The design of the Dodge TXT Drive system is customizable and upgradeable with many accessories to make the reducer work for any environments.

The modular design as well as multiple size configurations make the Dodge TXT Reducer the go to solution for many industries. The TXT line is available in 14 different case sizes and up to 700 horsepower with a heavy duty sealing system and steel motor mount system. All Bearings used in the production of the TXT Reducers are sized to conform to the AGMA and ABMA specifications.

Once all the components are compiled and prepped for assembly we also replace all bearings on the gearbox and install them utilizing Timkens Certified Bearing Installation protocol via shrinking the shafts with liquid nitrogen and placing super heated bearings on top allowing for gravity to perform the installation and allowing the bearing to lock itself naturally as the metal contracts after the expansion. The Dodge gearbox is then reassembled and coated in a polymer designed to reduce vibrations and overheating before being sent to our QC division for testing. The Dodge Gearbox is tested on a light load for 6 hours to test for vibrations, leaking, overheating and other abnormalities and once it passes these tests it is then certified with our 24 month warranty.
