Once we repair the housing and damage to any bearing seal areas and replace the damage gearing and components with brand new OEM direct versions or manufactured in house versions we then reassemble your gearbox before coating it in a temperature resisternt polymer designed to reduce vibrations and over heating. Your gearbox is then sent to our QC Division to be tested on a custom built test bench ran on a light load for 6 hours testing for vibration, leaking and overheating.
